Shipping and Returns
We aim to despatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Allow up to 5 business days for all orders during any sales period. Please check your inbox for order confirmation and despatch information.
Within Australia: Delivery will take between 2-5 business days to major cities and up to 5-6 days to regional areas.
Note that AusPost may have delayed deliveries due to extended COVID-19 restrictions and high parcel volumes
International (New Zealand Only): Delivery will take between 10-15 business days for your order to arrive, depending on your location.
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches its destination. Please consider any additional charges including customs clearance as they will be the responsibility of the buyer.
We do not refund for change of mind, however, our goods do come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major fault or a failure. Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once you receive it and contact us within 48 hours if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
