I am absolutely a massive fan of this product. I am lactose, gluten and fructose intolerant with a number of other allergens to particular types of foods. And this product has been my go to for the past three years. So many different ways to have cream of rice. I always have mine with protein powder, dark chocolate, sugar free syrup and berries. I have never had any gut issues or complaints with this product. I found the holy grail and I am completely obsessed with it.
The cinnamon bun flavor has mixed extremely well with every flavor of whey protein powder. It is absolutely delicious. Even tastes amazing on it's own. Absorbs so well and the texture is unreal
I have 2 health conditions (Gastroparesis and Mast Cell Activation Syndrome) that make finding foods that don’t cause pain or allergy reactions hard to find and this porridge has become my main safe food!
